Our Goal: Public boards and commissions in Massach Our Goal: Public boards and commissions in Massachusetts should be comprised of no less than 50% women. An Act to Ensure Gender Parity on Public Boards and Commissions (H.2711 | S.1878) hopes to promote diversity in leadership that broadly reflects the demographics of our Commonwealth.
On the state's 50 most prominent public boards and On the state's 50 most prominent public boards and commissions, women are just 22% of CEOs, 34% of board chairs and 39% of board members.
